Ecommerce account holders can opt to purchase a osC/TomatoCart
Specific Support Contract. This is currently charged at £250 per year and
includes:
- Priority support
- specific high quality osC/TomatoCart support
- Initial five hours support time (including debugging/fixing)
- additional hours are charged at £25 per hour
(which is the osC/TomatoCart
Specific Support Contract standard rate)
- Application of basic security patches
- to osC/TomatoCart, with priority and reduced costs for upgrades to osC/TomatoCart and related modules
or contributions used
- Reduced costs
- for any osC/TomatoCart work (PHP changes, addition of contributions, etc.) are charged at the osC/TomatoCart
Specific Support Contract standard rate
- Prioritised scheduling of work
- (upgrades/patches/addition or contributions)
Contract start date: this can be any date.
If you wish to add a "12 months osC/TomatoCart Specific Support Contract" then
please login to your members area: https://www.seiretto.co.uk/clientarea/
When logged in:
- select the domain account you wish to add the contract to from your
Current domains list
- then click the Get Details button
- then click on link Helpdesk for [domain name]...
- and submit your request and we will raise the required invoice.
Note: Where no valid osC/TomatoCart Specific Support Contract
exists each:
- support request specifically
regarding osC/TomatoCart, and/or
- work regarding osC/TomatoCart is charged at £50 per
hour, with a minimum of one hour chargeable.
Out of hours support:
Normal business hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), for urgent osC/TomatoCart Specific Support outside of these hours (where the work is completed as prior agreed) the charge will be:
- 2.5 times the rates per
hour shown above, with a minimum of one hour chargeable
